Instructions for Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista and Windows XP Users:

  • Click on the Support Representatives name
  • Choose RUN
  • Choose RUN again

    Instructions for Windows 2000 and Windows 98 Users:

  • Click on the Support Representatives name
  • Choose OPEN


    Special Instructions for those using a Firewall:

  • Any software firewall such as Windows Firewall, Symantec Worm protection or McAfee Firewall must be temporarily disabled or turned off for the duration of the support session.
  • Any hardware firewall must allow OUTBOUND access on ports 80, 443 and 8200
